
My name is Sarah and I am a mother of two young children. I have always been interested in fitness and health, but it was only after having kids that I realized how important it is to stay in shape. Not only for myself but also for my kids. I want to be able to keep up with them as they grow older!
I started Workoutmomy as a way to share my passion for fitness with other moms who might be struggling to find the time or motivation to work out. I know how hard it can be to juggle everything on our plates, but I also know that taking care of our health is so important.
